Instead, walk 10,000 steps a day.

That’s it—no need to run a marathon.

Just put one foot in front of the other and keep going. That’s all I’ve done since I began Kinobody.

It seems crazy, right? But you’d be shocked at how much more fat you’ll burn off your body by walking 10,000 steps a day than you would go to intense Kickboxing programs.
