Is Kinobody a scam? It’s a valid question and I understand why you’re asking. The answer is no, it’s not a scam. In fact, it’s the most amazing health & fitness discovery of my adult life. Because of Kinobody, I dropped 3% body fat and lost 15 pounds in just a few short months. If you’re serious about getting into shape, as far as I’m concerned, Kinobody is the golden ticket.
When I first told a friend about it, she immediately asked me why on earth would I follow a douchebag like that? She was referring to Greg O’ Gallagher, the founder. “Why don’t you follow someone who actually knows what they’re talking about?” She judged a book by its cover without knowing a single thing about Kinobody. It’s her loss.
I understand why she asked though. There’s something about the overall Kinobody vibe that can easily come off the wrong way to certain people. It’s this vibe that I think may cause skepticism. People seem to be either drawn to it or repelled by it. Just go to their YouTube videos and you’ll see that there are a LOT of haters. Then there are a ton of supporters too telling the haters to get lost.

Reasons To Think It’s A Scam
If you watch any of the Kinobody videos on YouTube, you’ll notice they have a theatrical element to them. I would be willing to bet this is a reason that so many people are turned off by it at first glance. The video I sent my friend is called “The Real Bruce Wayne” (screenshot above). She was repulsed by the video.

Now, if you look at the transformations at Kinobody.com, they are mindblowing. I think when I first saw those results, I didn’t believe it would be possible for ME to make any kind of transformation. I was wrong. And my progress doesn’t even compare to what other guys in the program have achieved.
I started getting serious results after about a month, which totally threw me by surprise. My best friend looked at me and said it was the first time in all our years of friendship, that I didn’t have “man boobs”. He wanted to know how I was stripping fat off my body so quickly.
He was eating low-carb meals with no success trying to lose weight. But right then, he said he would drop everything he’s doing and just follow exactly what I do.

It Goes Against The Grain Of Mainstream Fitness & Nutrition
The health & fitness industry is a mess of fad diets & supplements with people desperately trying to figure out how to lose weight and get beach bodies as quickly as possible. It’s really easy to get hypnotically pulled into the next best thing.

Still, the skeptics will have the same concerns. How is it possible to get ripped in a few months when you’re only training your body 3 days a week? Where’s the cardio? You can’t burn fat without cardio! There’s no way people can get shredded while eating pizza, french fries, and ice cream.
The Kinobody Workouts Are Killer
The workouts are full-body exercises that you do 3 days a week. Each workout is about 30 – 45 minutes long. Depending on the program you choose, you’ll either need weights and a gym or you can do bodyweight or hybrid workouts from home. I’m personally a huge fan of the Movie Star Body Program, which is all bodyweight movements.
These workouts are intense. If you follow everything exactly as it’s laid out in the program, you will see incredible progress within only 3 months. You’ll burn fat and build muscle like you never have before.
And then there will skeptics. They will say that it’s impossible for you to get results working out only 3 days a week. Greg has designed every Kinobody workout to get your physique into top shape and in a minimal amount of time.

The Eating Plan Is A Game Changer
Kinobody encourages you to eat whatever you want because that’s part of what makes life enjoyable. I’ll be honest though. It took me a while after starting the program before I ate my first burger and chocolate bar on a regular weeknight. I used to reserve that kind of food for Sundays, which used to be my cheat day.
The thing is, prior to Kinobody, I was a bit brainwashed by mainstream nutrition. I ate 5 – 6 small low-carb meals every day. I thought that’s how fat burning worked. So, I was a little hesitant at first with Kinobody, cause I just didn’t believe we could eat pizza and get into shape. But, I slowly started adding in foods that I would never dare eat in the past until I realized I’d keep burning fat no matter what I ate.
Now, it’s important that you follow the Kinobody eating plan, which requires that you eat at a 400 calorie deficit per day, depending on your ultimate goal. I ate at this deficit every day for the first round of the program. I burned off 15 pounds of fat and then started eating at a surplus to gain muscle.
Don’t worry if you don’t understand that terminology. Everything is laid out step by step in the program so you know exactly what you need to do to hit your fitness goals. Most guys are looking to burn fat and build muscle at the same time, so almost everyone starts with the deficit.

They’ve got too much fat to lose and they don’t know how they’ll make progress. But then you see their transformations & new confidence only 90 days later. It’s incredibly inspiring.
